These examples highlight my early wireframing process across a range of projects. After gathering requirements, I develop use cases and map the key task flows that shape the experience. From there, I explore potential solutions through low-fidelity wireframes—sometimes as grayscale layouts in design software and often as quick sketches on paper. Working at this level allows me to test ideas, identify issues, and iterate rapidly before investing in higher-fidelity designs.

I designed an end-to-end service application that guides customers through starting utility service at a new address and stopping service at their previous address. The experience simplifies a complex move-related process by helping users verify service availability, select service dates, provide contact and billing information, and review their request before submitting it.

Smart Fields is a redesigned custom-fields experience for a multi-company HR platform. The project explored how to help HR administrators create, reuse, and manage employee data with greater clarity and control. The updated experience brings field creation, placement, permissions, usage, and dependencies into one guided system, helping administrators understand where information appears, who can access it, and what may be affected before changes are published.

Facilitated comprehensive usability testing for an enterprise mobile app to evaluate users’ ability to complete key tasks and identify usability pain points.

I designed a web style guide for this enterprise client. This document serves as a cohesive experience to be shared among, stakeholders, developers and other designers. Everything from typography, color palette, imagery, forms and spacing is identified.

My client needed design for a residential and business high heating site.
